I've used this keypad for 9 months with no problems. Its much better than bluetooth units I've tried because there are no pairings-setups to go through to make it work. The RF dongle slips into the computer and it works like its wired in. The range is not as great as I'd like, only about 15 feet, but its much better than others I've used. This one has all the extra function keys (I use linux) some folks need too. My only complaint would be the touch pad is too sensitive and it would be nice to be able to adjust that down.
After 6 months the usb dongle failed but tech support was able to get me a replacement with little problems. Its good to know there is a tech support team on the other end of the product if you need them.
