I have enjoyed using the original rii keyboard and when I saw this new version with the split keyboard I had to have it! The first one I received ended up losing connection to the computer and would never reconnect. Customer service was painless though and return authorization was provided and I shipped it back at no charge to me. Replacement keyboard was sent out quickly and I have been using it about a week now and it is working great! The soft keys are better than the original and I like the central touchpad and split key design. The touchpad is more accurate and responsive than the original rii keyboard. I use thumb keyboard on my android tablet so am very use to the split keyboard layout. Overall I am very satisfied and would definitely order from this seller in the future.
